Gem Therapy
Ayurveda health practitioners use gem therapy to help heal.

In ancient Ayurveda, gems were believed to possess different vibrations (based on color) that interact with planetary vibrations related to astrology, as described by Jyotish—the Vedic astrological system. The planetary and gem vibrations would neutralize each other, so wearing certain gems would protect against the influence of certain planetary rays.1

Ayurveda gem therapy maintains that each gem has properties that can balance specific doshas and help heal certain diseases and health conditions:1
